We just wanted to thank you for the great service we had last week. We’ve had our 2006 Discovery to two other dealers for repair but Kings Campers finally solved the problem the others couldn’t. We now have hot water when we take a shower. We highly recommend Kings Campers to anyone who wants great service.
I am writing this correspondence to tell you how much I appreciate what the staff at King's Campers has done for my wife and I to address all of the warranty issues with our Open Range fifth wheel camper. Over the past months, the number of issues discovered with our unit were addressed and repaired or replaced to like new condition by the capable personnel at King's. As you recall, our purchase was made at another dealer and after efforts to address warranty problems there failed, King's stepped in and professionally resolved all of our problems that were known and others that were discovered.
I want to single out Les and Vickie for their extra efforts to assure that our problems were corrected. I know that there were others involved in the process and their dedication and hard work is proof why King's is the successful company it is today. Please share our satisfaction and appreciation with everyone.
With this one exception, all of our campers purchased have been from King's. Be assured that purchases made in the future will be from King's and our loyalty has been reinforced by this positive experience.

In early 2010 I purchased an Open Range fifth wheel from another Wisconsin dealer. Early problems with warranty issues with that dealer caused me to turn to King's Campers in Wausau, WI for help in resolving problems with the unit. Even though I did not buy my unit from King's, they treated me as if I had, providing exceptional service and assistance over the period of time that my various warranty issues were addressed.
