Once again I wanted to tell you how easy it was to deal with you and Kings Campers. This is the sixth motor home that we have owned and this was by the far the easiest trade that we have ever made. The impressive thing to me was that you traded for my coach sight unseen and I took the new coach sight unseen. This speaks volumes to the character and integrity of you and Kings Coaches. It was such a pleasure to meet Ron and wife, when they delivered the new coach. My wife and I had a great visit with them, they made us truly feel like family. It is evident that all of you value relationships and demonstrate family values that all of us strive to achieve.
We have just returned from a 2000 mile trip in our new Breeze. It went without any hitches thanks to the wonderful care of your service manager Mark and the other players in our averted disaster.
In case any of you could forget, we lost all of our coolant a couple of days before we were supposed to leave for our trip. We contacted Mark and he immediately took action. He contacted Tiffin who contacted Kenworth and within hours we had a service visit set up. The Kenworth mechanic was here the following day, by Tiffin's instruction. and despite the difficulty of working in our garage, he persisted and got us on the road. He was so very nice and informed me every inch of the way what he found and what he was doing.
As it turns out, the problem was more complicated than we had anticipated and a part had to be ordered. Everyone understood the urgency due our plans to leave, and once more, Kings, Tiffin and Kenworth with precision teamwork, got the part and 2 mechanics were dispatched to us one more time on the day we were to leave.
They worked diligently and never wavered in their determination even when the part didn't fit and they had to make adjustments to it. They could have easily given up at that point, but again they persisted.
Bottom line, on the appointed day (for us to leave) the RV was fixed and we were on the road only a few hours off schedule. The mechanics even refused a cash bonus for their above and beyond services, stating that they were on the clock and would not accept additional reward.
As I mentioned earlier, the Breeze performed beautifully on the road and all repairs held.
We are very grateful to all of the players in this and want to say a large thank you to Mark, Kyle (and his cohort) and Tiffin. You all were wonderful and we appreciate you. We were loyal to Kings before this incident and now are even more so. We also gained respect for Kenworth and especially for Tiffin. You stood squarely behind your product with no quibbling. We wish all companies were as easy to deal with. We will never buy another (RV) product again; Tiffin is by any measure the best!!
We love our Tiffin Breeze (Amelia) and, we love Kings and Kenworth too!! Thanks you so very much to ALL of you.
