"In April 2009, I purchased a used Durango Fifth Wheel from your dealership. I was very pleased with the entire transaction, the sales representative Mark Sukanen and the time spent with us in understanding our new unit. Although your dealership is in Wausau and I live in Appleton, I elected to try and have my unit serviced by your dealership if at all possible. Since we have had the unit we have experienced frequent electrical problems and brought it in for service this spring. It has taken 2 trips and you have had our unit for a couple of weeks, but your Service Dept doggedly pursued the problem and have now apparently completely fixed the problem. We have given it the difficult tests and it has passed very well. Everything was covered under the warranty costing us nothing. I want to compliment your Service Dept. I dealt primarily with Les, who was always understanding. Mark Sukanen very intentionally approached my wife and I during one of our trips in, to make sure we were happy. Bottom Line, I cannot imagine not purchasing our next RV from you folks. Your dealership has been outstanding every step of the way. I would also like to offer to be a reference if you should ever need one."

"Greetings, Recently my wife and I purchased a K-Z Spree 323RLS LX which we ordered through King’s Campers, located in Wausau, WI. We plan on using our travel trailer as our first step into the world of full—time RVing. From the moment we walked in the door at King’s Campers and began learning about the K—Z lineup to when we finally ordered our trailer, the King's Campers team patiently answered our countless questions, listened to our concerns, and provided sound advice. We never felt pushed or rushed. Whether in person, over the phone or via email, they responded quickly and promptly. No question was too small and no request was too great. Finally, the day arrived to pick up our travel trailer. Previously we had towed a small pop-up but it was in no measure the size and scope of our new 32-foot travel trailer. Kings Campers blocked out an entire day for our "show-and-tell" and assigned a technician to spend as much time with us as needed while we covered everything from stem to stern and top to bottom. They were not going to let us go until we felt comfortable with our trailer. King’s Campers also offered us the opportunity to "camp" overnight on their lot so we would have time to ourselves to test out all that the Spree had to offer. After reviewing copious notes taken during our show-and—tell, we in fact did have several follow-up questions, which the technician answered completely the next morning. Just because we paid for our trailer and left the dealership, it didn't mean Kings Campers would now ignore us. This was clearly illustrated when we ran into a problem parking our travel trailer on our sloped driveway when we arrived home. Uncoupling from the hitch ball seemed impossible. After attempting to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, a Kings Campers technician drove to our home in Appleton — two hours away — to assist. This was at no additional cost to us and the technician was off the time clock. You cannot begin to put a price on this level of service or employee loyalty, dedication and pride in workmanship, the very same qualities which K—Z takes pride in during RV construction (and why we chose K—Z). My wife and l have worked at various times in the service industry. We recognize genuine customer service when we see it and Kings Campers gets an A+. They sell a full array of expensive motor coaches and Fifth wheels costing far more than our TT but we never once felt as though our purchase was any less important than someone spending far more. As a result, our confidence in knowing how to use and take care of our K-Z Spree investment has grown tremendously. And when the time comes to trade up to that fifth wheel that all our other full-timer friends say we're destined to do, we will surely rely on King’s Campers to guide us through our next purchase. That K-Z Montego Bay 36RLM is looking mighty tempting..."
